PROJECT SEVEN EIGHT
A contemporary double storey home design by renowned Mornington based architectural drafting firm Little Brick Studio. The floor plan has been well thought out to overcome the challenges of a long and narrow north/south running site, with features such as an internal light court yard and plenty of glazing to capture natural light.
PROJECT TWO TWO TWO
This beautiful home that was built in the 1990’s is getting a new lease on life with a complete renovation, transforming it into a modern farm house. Collaborating with the team at Kate Walker Design for space planning, hard finishes and joinery design and Plume Studio on landscape architecture.
PROJECT NINE FIVE
A large north facing site in the beautiful peninsula town of Flinders, is the location of this proposal for a new five bedroom holiday home for a young family. A concept of pavilions, the design comprises four individual buildings, connected via links surrounded by gardens. Of these, the three main pavilions focus around a central terrace, connecting to the pool and partially sunken tennis court. The layout allows for an abundance of natural light and complete engagement with the surrounding landscape. The blackened timber and stone cladding, together with the traditional pitched roofs, brings together an image of a modern barn.
PROJECT FOUR ZERO
Positioned in a quiet and exclusive street only steps to South Beach, this single storey new home designed by Rod Hannah has all the design cues of a classic coastal style. With space planning, hard finishes and joinery design by KWD, this project is set to be an incredible example of timeless style.
